Rhea was born in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, to Brijesh and Rita Singha. Growing up, she was passionate about the arts and modeling. She studied at GLS University in Ahmedabad and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Performing Arts. She achieved her dream of being crowned Miss Universe India on September 22, 2024, during a grand event in Jaipur, where Urvashi Rautela, the Miss Universe India 2015 crowned her. Rhea also won the Miss Glamorous subtitle during the competition, showcasing her charm and confidence.
