Vikas Kumar Jain (born August 1, 1986, in Raipur, Chhattisgarh), popularly known as Vicky Jain, is an Indian businessman and the husband of television actress Ankita Lokhande. He has made a name for himself in the business world while also gaining public attention through his relationship with Lokhande.
Early life and education
Vicky Jain hails from an affluent family with deep roots in the industrial sector. He was in his hometown before moving to Pune to pursue higher studies. He graduated with a degree in Economics from Savitribai Phule Pune University and later earned an MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS) in Mumbai.
Career
Jain began his professional journey by joining the family business, focusing on the wholesale trade of coal. On August 10, 2008, he was appointed Managing Director of Mahavir Coal Washeries Private Limited, located in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. Under his leadership, the company has grown significantly, dealing with various types of coal and achieving a business worth approximately ₹100 crores.
In addition to his primary role, Jain is involved in several other ventures. He is the owner of Mahavir Inspire Group Pvt. Ltd., which operates in sectors such as real estate and power plants. He also holds positions as Secretary at the Triveni Institute of Dental Sciences and Hospital in Bodri and at Birla Open Minds Preschool in Bilaspur. Jain is known for his role as co-owner of the Mumbai Tigers cricket team and the Box Cricket League (BCL).
Personal life
Vicky Jain is married to Ankita Lokhande, a renowned television actress known for her role in the popular show Pavitra Rishta. The couple tied the knot on December 14, 2021. Jain and Lokhande gained additional fame through their appearance on the reality show Smart Jodi, where they emerged as winners. Jain also appeared on Bigg Boss 17 alongside his wife.
